About the project
This project comprises the demolition of existing garages and the design and construction of 2 semi-detached, two-bedroom houses at Crispin Road; 4 detached, two-bedroom bungalows at Mayhill Road; 2 detached, two-bedroom bungalows at Quinta Drive, and 2 semi-detached, two-bedroom bungalows at Ryecroft Crescent, in the London Borough of Barnet. The bungalows are wheelchair accessible and adapted internally to suit the occupants’ needs. In accordance with local demand, this project offers affordable, high-quality residential accommodation that responds to and integrates with the existing surrounding context.
