About the project
K-Sparks Electrical are currently working on the development of Beumont rise, Islington. This exciting project involves the conversion and extension of the existing office building into a mixed tenure block of apartments to provide 1 block of 10 residential units & one assisted care unit consisting of 17 units and live in care accommodation for Spelthorne Borough Council.
